Bored

Today was the big day. Ok maybe not that big, unless you consider getting your wisdom teeth out is major surgery, which would put you in the same boat as me. I mean they do put you under for it and it has a chance to end up bad (see facts at bottom). But everything ended up going just fine. I got up around 6:30, hopped in the shower, and headed off to Wichita with my mother. They thought it would be a good idea if she drove and it turned out they were right because I was still in a little bit of a daze when I woke up from the anestethia. I woke up in a different place than I remembered going out at which was NOT OK with me and I was seeing and hearing multiples of the same things. They took me out in a wheelchair to our vehicle which was probably necessary as I had trouble getting into the car alone.

The ride home was quick (mostly cause I was still out of it). The down part was the taste of blood and that my mouth was almost completely numb for about 6 hours afterwards which was definitely way worse than any of the pain (I hate not being able to feel things). After I got home, I made myself comfortable on my couch, took out the nasty gauss, took a lauritab and passed out for about 5 hours.

I woke up to a much better feeling, the feeling of my face and tounge! I was stoked and ready to eat. Oh but wait, I basically can't have anything good to eat (Besides Ice Cream). Soup, jello, gatorade, Dr. Pepper, and pasta is my diet for the next few days. So needless to say when I'm cleared to eat "human food" again I will be taking full advantage of the entire next week.

Other beef I have with this whole ordeal is the fact that I'm stuck at home all weekend basically. Theres nothing on TV during the day, Xbox bores me for too long, and I would just rather go outside and find something to do with people. But I guess I can last for one weekend so my teeth don't criss cross each other later in life or start causing me pain or both. So I'll find something to keep myself entertained, maybe read a book, maybe sleep, maybe watch some movies, and most definitely watch Family Guy. Plus only a week til I'm out in Colorado for a weekend. 30 DAYS TIL MANHATTAN
